We are looking for a highly skilled Collection Analyst to join our Collections team.
We're launching a new business line in Colombia and looking for a senior analyst who will help build the entire Collections function from the ground up. In this role, you'll work closely with the Collection Lead to design collection processes, define data requirements, launch reporting from scratch, and continuously improve collection performance through analytics and experimentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building new processes, takes ownership beyond dashboards, and wants to have a direct impact on business results from day one.
Challenges that await you:
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to identify the best strategies for improving repayment rates, agent productivity, and customer contact efficiency
- Develop and refine performance metrics, agent incentive models, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities, test process changes, and measure business impact
- Build and automate data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems to ensure timely, actionable insights
- Forecast performance and model financial outcomes to support decision-making in collection strategies and resource allocation
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate data into business actions
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Collection Analytics, CRM Analytics, Risk Analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Superset, Power BI, or similar
- Understanding of data validation, data quality checks, and analytical reporting
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering
- Experience designing or improving business processes, not only reporting on them
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
- B1 or higher English level for communication within an international team
Your bonus skills:
- Experience in fintech, lending, banking, collections, or CRM analytics
- Python for data analysis and automation
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests
- Experience launching new products or business processes from scratch
- Familiarity with predictive modeling or machine learning for customer segmentation, communication optimization, or collections strategies
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
Our ways of working:
- Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
- Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
- Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
- Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
- High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and ambitious people who challenge the status quo of traditional finance
Our benefits:
- Relocation support to one of our hubs — Columbia, Serbia, Cyprus, or Spain — with assistance for the employee and their family
- Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
- Healthcare Coverage
- Education Budget: language lessons, professional training, and certifications
- Wellness Budget: mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
- Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
