- Optimize & Manage cloud database operations, writing efficient SQL and NoSQL queries across AWS RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and DynamoDB.
- Lead Quality Standards through TDD, writing comprehensive unit and integration tests (pytest) while maintaining thorough API documentation.
- Collaborate & Communicate effectively in daily standups and sprint reviews, articulating technical blockers, feature estimations, and progress directly to US clients.
- Monitor & Maintain system health and production telemetry using AWS CloudWatch, actively fixing bugs and refactoring code for optimal execution.
Requirements

- Proven track record building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with containerization tools (Docker) and modern Git workflows.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI workflows (LLM APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Amazon Bedrock).
- Solid understanding of relational database design (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and basic NoSQL concepts.
- Ownership mindset with a methodical approach to problem-solving, debugging, and continuous learning.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 written and verbal) for seamless daily collaboration with US teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge or basic familiarity with the Java / Spring Boot ecosystem in multi-stack backend environments.
