Your Mission: Be the Backbone Behind the Brand
As our Structural Designer, you’ll be a key player in turning concepts into engineered solutions. From silos and bins to conveyors and mixer structures, your work will support critical infrastructure that keeps industries moving.
Your mission is clear and foundational:
- Build with precision. You’re the backbone of our design process—translating engineering needs and field realities into solid structural designs that stand the test of time.
- Turn vision into detail. When the team shares a concept or rough idea, you help shape it into clear, buildable designs—ready for fabrication, inspection, and execution.
- Catch the gaps before they become issues. Whether it's missing info in a drawing package, a misalignment in design specs, or overlooked job site requirements—you notice and solve before it becomes a problem.
- Enable engineering to move faster. With your support, the team can focus more on innovation, project strategy, and client partnerships—knowing the structural details are in capable hands.
If you're highly skilled, thrive on detail, and want to do work that actually gets built, this is your zone.
You won’t be another cog in the machine—you’ll be a core part of a high-performing, tight-knit team driving industrial projects forward.
This is your chance to go beyond drafting—and become a trusted technical partner in an industry that values expertise, speed, and execution.

- Conduct detailed drawing reviews to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Offer structural expertise for equipment like silos, bins, conveyors, mixers, and more
- Provide support on project timelines, deliverables, and coordination
- Communicate clearly with the engineering team to resolve design challenges
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in structural steel and foundation design for industrial applications
- Are highly proficient in Tekla (5+ years), with working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Are familiar with OSHA, AISC Steel Construction Manual, ACI, IBC, and AWS D1.1
- Have a sharp eye for detail and love getting designs right
- Have experience with fabrication processes and job site coordination (a big plus)
- Communicate clearly, stay organized, and keep projects moving forward
- Take ownership of your work and thrive in a self-directed environment
