About the role
As a Program Manager at ApotheCom, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality medical communications and publications projects from start to finish. Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you'll oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Manage multiple medical communications publications projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and support client communications.
- Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Support proposal development, project scoping, and budget creation for new initiatives.
- Track project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.
- Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of project or program management experience within medical communications working on publications accounts.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
