About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to manage and grow long-term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners across global markets.
This role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness.
The ideal candidate understands the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem deeply, is highly relationship-oriented, commercially sensitive, and capable of balancing growth with compliance and platform interests.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners

Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution

Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities

Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations

Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal

Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates

Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency

Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources

Maintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends

Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development
Requirements

Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries

Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms

Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management

Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems

Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends

Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns

Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activities

Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred

High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity

Able to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline

Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence

Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
