About the Role
Want to work on AI that engineers use every day? As part of the Binance Accelerator Program, you'll help build internal tools that make developers faster and less blocked. Real work, real ownership, real impact.
What You Will Do
- Build AI-powered tools like coding assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation
- Develop LLM-powered applications for code generation, code understanding, and test automation
- Work with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI-driven solutions
- Experiment with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents
- Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies as they evolve
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Can code in at least one language — Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript
- Basic understanding of how LLMs work and have used tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
- Comfortable with APIs and how systems connect
- You take initiative — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
