What You’ll Do
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
