What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the administrative workflows that keep healthcare provider organizations running. We want to understand the friction points in daily payer interactions, from prior authorizations to revenue cycle management. Your input will help identify areas where administrative tools can be streamlined.
How It Works
You will complete an asynchronous remote survey detailing your day-to-day administrative tasks. We will ask you to walk through how you handle billing, credentialing, and prior authorizations within your organization. You will also react to different scenarios involving payer interactions and describe any current workflow challenges you face. The entire process is conducted online and allows you to share your experiences directly.
Who This Is For
We welcome healthcare administrative professionals who work directly for provider organizations. We are specifically looking for billing specialists, credentialing coordinators, revenue cycle managers, and prior authorization staff. If you handle daily payer interactions and backend administrative workflows, this study is a great fit.
