About the Role
OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. Own funnel and conversion reporting, and use it to improve where candidates drop off.
Support recruiting events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate messaging at the pitch and close stages.
Begin scoping OpenLoop's employee value proposition (EVP) as the foundational work stabilizes.

Able to work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives without a lot of hand-holding.
Genuinely curious about what makes a company a good place to work — and how to prove it to candidates.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand, talent brand, content marketing, or a related field.
Experience developing and executing candidate-facing campaigns.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Comfort analyzing campaign and candidate-funnel data.
