Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of professional back-end software development experience, with a core proficiency and recent production track record in Golang.
- Proven experience building data-driven backend systems, user profiling architectures, event tracking platforms, or user-behavior-driven applications.
- Experience building or collaborating on Recommendation Systems, personalization engines, or A/B testing frameworks is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, relational/NoSQL databases, and message brokers (e.g., Kafka).
- Strong communication skills with an appetite for working in a fast-paced, product-centric squad environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
