As part of its expanding portfolio, the company supports a rapidly growing project in the iGaming industry, focused on Latin American markets. With ambitious growth plans across the region, they're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help scale their affiliate partnerships and drive customer acquisition.
💼 About the Role
We're looking for a results-oriented Affiliate Manager with a strong network across LATAM to build, manage, and grow high-performing affiliate partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who already understands the LATAM affiliate ecosystem, has established relationships with affiliates, and knows how to drive sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.
🎯 What You'll Do
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models.
Monitor key performance metrics, including FTDs, NGR, traffic quality, and retention.
Optimize campaigns to maximize partner performance and ROI.
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Ensure affiliate activities align with brand and compliance guidelines.
Prepare performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts.
✅ What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of Affiliate Management experience.
Strong experience working across LATAM markets.
An existing network of active affiliate partners.
Solid understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models.
Experience with platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar.
Strong English communication skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a big plus).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
