We are looking for a Project/Product Manager with hands-on experience in PSP, payment processing, and payment integrations.
This is not a general Project Manager role. We need someone who understands how a new payment provider integration works end-to-end — from API documentation and sandbox setup to testing, production launch, and troubleshooting.
What will you do
Lead integrations with new PSPs, payment providers, and payment methods.
Review API documentation and understand the full integration flow.
Break integrations down into clear tasks for Development and QA.
Coordinate credentials, environments, merchant configuration, dependencies, and blockers.
Work closely with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and external payment providers.
Oversee testing, production launch, and post-release stabilization.
Manage the backlog in Jira, including Epics, Tasks, dependencies, priorities, and Jira Plans.
Plan timelines and team capacity.
Maintain clear documentation in Confluence.
Help prioritize payment integrations and payment methods.
Must-have experience
Hands-on experience with:
PSP / payment gateway / acquiring / payment processing.
Payment provider integrations.
REST APIs and request / response logic.
Webhooks / callbacks.
Authentication, signatures, and API keys.
Deposits / payouts.
Transaction statuses and status mapping.
Sandbox / staging / production environments.
Error handling and integration troubleshooting.
Reconciliation and basic financial flows.
You should have personally participated in payment integrations from provider documentation through production, not only managed teams at a high level.
Strong advantages
iGaming / betting / crypto / forex payments.
Payment orchestration and routing.
Experience managing multiple PSP integrations simultaneously.
International payment integrations.
Settlements, fees, and reconciliation.
AI tools for analysis, documentation, or project management.
Not a fit
General IT Project Managers without a PSP / payments background.
Fintech PMs whose experience is limited to mobile banking, CRM, or lending.
PMs who cannot independently explain a payment lifecycle and integration flow.
Candidates with theoretical payment knowledge but no hands-on integration launches.
What we offer
Fully remote work.
Hands-on exposure to international payment infrastructure.
A large number of PSPs, payment methods, and integrations.
High level of ownership and direct influence on product and delivery.
When applying, please briefly mention which PSPs / payment providers you have worked with, which integrations you personally launched, your role in the integration process, and your availability.
