About the RoleLeap is expanding rapidly and is hiring a Manager, Client Strategy & Operations to build out the post-sale processes that ensure exceptional client delivery, strong ROI, and account expansion. This is an analytical, hands-on, deeply cross-functional role responsible for architecting the next iteration of Leap's client delivery engine.
You'll own and execute against key strategic pillars (see below) that will directly enable Leap's next phase of growth. You'll do this in close partnership with Sales, Operations, and our Analytics functions.
This position reports to the Director of Client Success.
What You'll AccomplishStand up the client delivery engine
Define the architecture needed to support a growing client base and ensure consistent delivery
Build the models the company uses to forecast member activation rates, cost savings, and top-line revenue
Leverage AI to automate reporting and materials for recurring client meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews)
Set cross-functional priorities
Work with the data and analytics team to define the tables and business logic needed to support client reporting
Align with then member activation and marketing teams to measure the impact of lifecycle campaigns and program design variables
Partner with the pharmacy team on drug sourcing strategy
Collaborate with the growth strategy team to bring client insights into pre-sale collateral
Shape the post-sale client lifecycle
Find pathways to expand client relationships, including deeper collaboration (e.g., through care navigation partners) to increase member engagement, as well as commercial opportunities to grow account revenue
Define the cadence for post-sale communications and the optimal operational model for each client type
Required
Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patients' lives
Strong data fluency, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluency and interest in using AI to innovate and solve problems at scale
Excitement around solving hard problems in a scrappy, low-ego, ambiguous environment
High attention to detail (and willingness to dive into the weeds)
Comfort communicating with executive audiences (both internal and external)
Alignment with Leap's values (see here)
Preferred
3–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, and/or operations roles at high-growth companies
Prior experience working in healthcare
HQ in the NYC (but open to applicants across the US!)
