Our problem statement is not straightforward, as we aim to achieve high-end results in all important technical aspects of our business:

Experience with RDBMs (MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.), CDBMs (Redshift, ClickHouse, etc.), NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc)
Experience in writing e2e & unit tests
Experience with the development of production-ready solutions
Basic front-end ability: comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS, TypeScript, and common UI framework (React/Vue) — able to read existing UI code, make changes, and connect a UI to backend APIs
A "whole feature" mindset — willingness to own delivery end-to-end, including the UI, rather than handing it off
Would be beneficial to know:
Understanding of enterprise development patterns
Experienced with large-scale microservices architecture
Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Experience with Kubernetes
Active performance observation
Understanding of application security and industry standards, its best practices

Scope of ownership:

Browser SDK: evolving signals and fighting regressions on Safari and iOS.
Operations: observability (APM, RED signals, SLO alerts), GitOps delivery via Helm and ArgoCD.
A "whole feature" mindset — willingness to own delivery end-to-end, including the UI, rather than handing it off
Benefits:
Work on meaningful data products and shape them with your vision.
25 vacation days + 15 sick days + 1 birthday leave.
Budget for English classes.
Budget for health insurance.
Annual education & development budget.
Remote-friendly culture with a small, dedicated team.
