Remote | Full-Time

We're looking for a Data Services Analyst to join our client's Insights & Analytics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data and custom reports to internal stakeholders and customers. In this role, you'll partner with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-quality custom data solutions that enable customers to make key business decisions with zero friction.

You will be responsible for delivering both standard and custom datasets while responding to ad-hoc requests. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in data within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.

This is a remote-first position, and candidates must be available to work during US business hours.

What You'll Do
  • Leverage complex data pipelines to design custom data solutions that ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate proactively with commercial teams and customers to identify opportunities where data can drive high-impact business decisions.

  • Partner with technical and commercial teams to deliver custom data products quickly while maintaining high data quality standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Review assigned tasks and project scope using Jira while collaborating with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to clarify business requirements.

  • Determine the most effective method to extract and analyze data using proprietary platforms, SQL, and other available tools.

  • Review teammates' SQL queries and deliverables for accuracy and quality.

  • Help train and improve the use of generative AI tools that support data delivery.

  • Learn and understand key business metrics and how they help customers make strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Redash, Tableau, or similar.

  • Strong ability to organize, analyze, and validate large datasets with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes while prioritizing customer needs.

  • Ability to communicate technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).

  • Resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to Have

  • Passion for the digital subscription economy, streaming platforms, or subscription-based business models.

  • 2+ years of Python experience building automation, AI solutions, exploratory analysis, or ETL processes.
