Let’s talk about what you need to excel:
10+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with complex, multi-territory go-to-market motions.
Expertise in forecasting, territory planning, quota design, capacity modeling, and executive reporting.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce and modern GTM systems architecture and CPQ.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
A strategic leader who enjoys building scalable systems, simplifying complexity, and using AI to improve how revenue organizations operate.
A list of job experiences and qualification requirements is great, but humility, a performance-driven attitude, and a team-player approach are most important to us. We love to have fun and win in the process. We only hire people who have a passion for building great companies in an environment where a sense of humor is a must.
