Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support and consultancy to customers in the Czech language to resolve complex technical or service inquiries.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in Bulgaria.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-centric mindset suitable for the Customer Support Services industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of a high-performance international team.
- Strong proficiency in English to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is considered an advantage.
