Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless relocation to Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in the customer support services industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within our international team.
- High level of digital literacy and aptitude for learning new internal support systems.
