Our client is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand focused on protective gear for action sports, including mountain biking, motocross, and snow sports.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an We are looking for an Ecommerce Data Manager to manage, maintain, and QA our daily ecommerce reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain daily ecommerce performance dashboards and reporting systems.
- Validate data from Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and QuickBooks Online.
- QA key metrics including net sales, ad spend, landed COGS, 3PL costs, contribution margin, and break-even ROAS.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, missing data, syncing issues, and reporting errors.
- Monitor AI-assisted dashboards and reporting systems to ensure outputs match source data.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting for leadership.
- Coordinate with the CEO, CFO, CMO, and VP of Operations to provide reliable data from the appropriate sources.
- Proactively flag anomalies or data-quality issues before they impact business decisions.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience managing data systems, dashboards, or reporting for an 8-figure+ DTC/ecommerce business.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Experience working with and validating data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Experience with Triple Whale or a comparable ecommerce attribution/analytics platform.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and data validation.
- Experience maintaining, QAing, or troubleshooting AI-assisted dashboards or reporting systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present data to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience maintaining dashboards or reporting systems built by others.
- Experience working with a DTC brand generating $20M–$50M+ annually.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations or automated data pipelines.
