About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Meta Ads Operations Specialist to support our Media Buying team by executing the operational side of Meta advertising campaigns. This is not a strategy or optimization role—you'll be responsible for accurately building, uploading, and organizing campaigns based on detailed instructions from our media buyers.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs precisely, and strong organizational skills while managing multiple campaign requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Upload Meta advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on detailed instructions from media buyers.
- Use AdNova to create and upload campaigns efficiently.
- Accurately input ad creatives, copy, targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and campaign settings into Meta Ads Manager.
- Pull assigned tasks from ClickUp, prioritize work, and keep task statuses updated throughout completion.
- Perform quality assurance checks before campaigns go live to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal SOPs.
- Maintain consistent campaign naming conventions, folder structures, and account organization.
- Quickly identify and report upload errors, asset issues, campaign disapprovals, or missing information through Slack.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Follow internal documentation and standard operating procedures with a high level of precision.
Schedule & Availability
- Shift Options:
- M-F: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- M-F: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST (Please indicate your availability when applying.)
- Training: All new hires must complete the first two weeks of training on the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST shift, regardless of their permanent schedule.
Compensation
- $8/hour – 40-hour schedule (Monday–Friday): Approximate monthly earnings: $1,280
Requirements
- Fluent English with clear, neutral, and professional verbal communication
- Previous hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup and ad uploads.
- Experience with campaign execution or advertising operations (strategy experience is not required).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute repetitive tasks accurately.
- Comfortable working with ClickUp, Slack, or similar project management and communication tools.
- Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Availability to complete the mandatory two-week training period on the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST shift.
- An active Facebook profile in good standing (not restricted or permanently disabled).
