Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our client's digital marketing platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all digital assets are not only visually appealing but also effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive web experiences with a focus on layout, typography, color, media, and accessibility.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and refine concepts before implementation.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and UX/UI strategies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality design outputs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and web technologies.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends in user experience and healthcare marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a marketing or web development agency.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including variables and design systems.
- Experience designing responsive websites across multiple devices.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user feedback integration.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for creating meaningful user experiences in healthcare and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
