The listing
We’re looking for Onboarding/Offboarding Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on assessing client environments, onboarding new clients, transitioning IT services smoothly, and implementing standard toolsets (RMM, backup, EDR, and monitoring). You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure stable and secure technology operations across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use diagnostic and discovery tools to evaluate client environments, document findings, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions during onboarding and offboarding.
- Deploy and configure tools such as Kaseya/Datto RMM, ConnectWise PSA, Office 365, Mimecast, EDR, and backup agents.
- Perform installations on client servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and automate processes where possible.
- Support vendor-managed systems and coordinate resolutions on behalf of clients.
- Manage and respond to assigned service tickets within agreed timelines.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and print management.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, firewall, VLAN, and VPN configurations.
- Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Familiarity with RMM tools (Kaseya, Datto) and PSA systems (ConnectWise).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments.
