The listing

This is the role for you if you're genuinely obsessed with AI, not just using the tools, but actually thinking about where this is all going, and wanting to argue about it over coffee.

As a Product Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of client software builds from kickoff to launch: part product strategist, part UX thinker, part client partner. The best people in this seat don't just gather requirements; they look at a client's problem and ask “what would this look like if AI actually changed how this works,” not just “how do we automate the boring part.” If that question gets you excited rather than exhausted, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage product builds end-to-end: run kickoff calls, gather requirements, define MVPs, and oversee delivery.
  • Transform client ideas into clear product specs, wireframes, and UX flows.
  • Assess technical feasibility and make smart trade-off decisions between complexity, speed, and quality.
  • Coordinate between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects on track.
  • Identify where AI can meaningfully reframe a client's approach to a problem, not only where it can speed up an existing process.
  • Collect and prioritize client feedback to refine product iterations.
  • Ensure clients feel supported and engaged throughout the build process.
  • Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.
  • Basically: get paid to think seriously about AI and product, all day, with a team that wants to talk about it as much as you do.

Requirements

  • Client-ready spoken English is required (C1 or above); this is assessed through live conversation, not written materials alone.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup.
  • Consultancy or agency background strongly preferred.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience (Series A–D) preferred; genuine comfort operating in ambiguity and without fully established processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of how software is built, including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end logic.
  • Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic opportunities for AI, beyond simply using AI tools day to day.
  • A track record of full ownership over something you built, launched, or ran, not solely task or ticket execution.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Prior experience with U.S. clients or teams strongly preferred.

Benefits

  • $3,500 – $5,300 USD/month
  • Full remote work environment.
  • PTO + U.S. holidays.
