We are looking for a Product Analyst who will play a key role in driving product and business decisions through data.

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics, helping teams understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive analysis from request to business impact.
  • Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, APIs, automation scripts).
  • Experience working with Data Warehouses (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of product analytics, including funnels, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience working with marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROMI, and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests using statistical methods.

Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

  • Extract, validate, and maintain high-quality data from multiple sources.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for product and business teams.

Product & Marketing Analysis

  • Analyze product funnels, user behavior, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Evaluate marketing performance across channels, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Work with key business metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROMI, attribution, and cohort analysis.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular reports on product and business performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Support stakeholders with analytical findings to enable informed business decisions.

Automation & Optimization

  • Automate reporting processes and recurring analytical tasks.
  • Improve reporting systems, data pipelines, and analytical workflows.
  • Increase operational efficiency by reducing manual reporting and analysis.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Business teams.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Support product development and strategic initiatives through data insights.

  • Measure the impact of product changes before and after releases.
