The listing
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles for one of our clients in the US. You will be more than just a recruiter; you will be a talent advisor and a brand ambassador. Your expertise will be crucial in attracting, engaging, and securing talent that aligns with our company culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment (70%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from intake meeting to offer, reference checking and pre-boarding.
- Source active and passive candidates through innovative channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Training Institutes, social media, niche job boards and referrals).
- Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, value, and cultural fit.
- Create and present compelling job descriptions and promotional materials that accurately represent the role and our employer brand.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, providing a stellar candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Build and maintain leads and candidate pipeline in key roles based on attrition signal provided by the Talent team to reduce role vacancy duration.
Candidate & Stakeholder Management (20%)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience regardless of the outcome.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and role requirements deeply.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and changes and pivot interviewer sequence quickly based on availability with the goal of speed and candidate experience.
Strategy & Analytics (10%)
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – [e.g., Greenhouse] – to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
- Analyze recruitment data (time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire) to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress.
- Analyze People team data to understand where proactive sourcing is needed based on attrition risk prediction.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through various channels, with expertise in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media search techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with English Proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Experience sourcing in the US market
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience recruiting for teaching roles/for education field.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- A commitment to and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
