Summary of Position:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns across various platforms, You will be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients in the legal vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a strong data-driven and analytical skillset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients in the legal industry on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
- Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery
- Report performance metrics to stakeholders, including strategy recommendations to improve performance
- Conduct competitive client research to position iLawyerMarketing clients ahead of their competitors
- Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy development to support campaign objectives
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative campaign strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
- Support the Paid Media Director in day-to-day campaign management tasks
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional job duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
- Experience in the legal marketing field preferred
- Client-facing experience preferred, including participating in meetings, communicating campaign updates, and building positive client relationships
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising
- Ability to translate campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams using various platforms (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
- Experience managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently, including forecasting, pacing, performance reporting
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Coachability: Demonstrates a growth mindset by actively seeking, embracing, and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and adapt to evolving processes and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate clearly with clients
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with paid media trends, platform updates, automation tools, and emerging ad formats
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
The base salary range for this salaried non-exempt opportunity is $50,000 - $60,000 plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role level, experience and location. As you go through the interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed target compensation range that will get you excited about your future at iLawyerMarketing.
