This is a structured three-month internship and learning opportunity. The program is designed to provide practical exposure to Vector, real-world customer problems, mentorship and hands-on product development. Any subsequent employment opportunity will be subject to performance, business requirements and applicable company policies.

ProArch is a global software development and consultancy firm specializing in cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation solutions. We are building Vector, an AI-native enterprise platform designed to help organizations understand, optimize, and automate their cloud operations.
Vector uses a Six Intelligence Model — Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective, and Adaptive — to progressively move from answering questions to predicting outcomes, recommending actions, learning from results, and eventually enabling autonomous operations.
Role Overview
Product research and use-case discovery; understanding customer needs and user journeys; requirements definition and product documentation; translating Vector's Six Intelligence Model into meaningful product experiences.
Requirements
• Product discovery: research customer problems, personas, workflows and pain points; identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendations and automation; conduct competitive and market research.
• Six Intelligence Model: map use cases to Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective and Adaptive modes; help define how intelligence should be presented to users.
• Product definition: create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys and workflows; work with engineering teams; maintain product documentation.
• Customer experience: contribute to Microsoft Teams and web portal experiences; define insights, recommendations, visualizations, notifications and Ask Vector experiences.
• Product analytics: identify meaningful metrics; analyze adoption and usage; support evaluation of recommendations and intelligence.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, technology, and product development.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand technical concepts.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Prior product experience is not required.
