The listing

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
Financial services is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, including banks, payments companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions. As digital assets become more connected to the financial system, these organizations face new opportunities, regulatory obligations, and financial-crime risks. This role makes the value of Chainalysis clear to the leaders responsible for navigating them.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will own and shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and business outcomes.

This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.

What you’ll be doing

Position the value

  • Define and evolve the financial services value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.

  • Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas across compliance, risk, anti-fraud, investigations, and business leadership.

  • Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.

  • Own financial-services competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.

Turn value into solutions

  • Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.

  • Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.

  • Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and commercial models, including business cases and ROI stories.

  • Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but why a Chief Compliance Officer or Head of Financial Crime should care.

Win and learn in market

  • Produce the strategic content that moves financial-services opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.

  • Partner with GTM Solutions & Readiness to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.

  • Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.

What you’ll bring:
  • 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or related regulated industry.

  • A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.

  • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and sales motions in regulated, risk-sensitive environments.

  • The ability to connect technical capabilities to business and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.

  • A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.

  • Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.

  • Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.

  • Experience marketing to financial institutions at a data, intelligence, security, or enterprise-software company.

You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.

AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
