A campaign doesn't stop needing you once it goes live. That's when the interesting part starts.
We're looking for a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish, with flawless English and hands-on experience managing campaigns from launch through optimization.
You'll plan and launch campaigns, watch the numbers, spot what's working (and what isn't), and make changes while there's still time to improve the result. You'll work across paid ads, email/SMS, copy, and creative, depending on the business you're supporting.
The mix of work will change from client to client. What won't change is the expectation that you own what you're running. We don't need someone who launches a campaign and waits for the next reporting meeting to decide what happened.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creative based on what's actually happening.
- Work with writers and designers on ad copy and creative, then pay attention to which versions are getting results once they're live.
- Build and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing things like subject lines, messaging, and timing.
- Work across English and Spanish audiences, making sure campaigns and messaging are clear and natural for the audience they're intended for.
- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to speed up your work, while using your own judgment to decide what is worth putting in front of customers.
- Review campaign performance regularly and turn the numbers into clear next steps: what should we keep, change, test, or stop?
- Work closely with content, design, and project managers to keep campaigns moving and make sure everyone knows what's happening.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, managing campaigns from planning and launch through optimization and reporting.
- Experience working directly in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience managing email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Flawless written and spoken English. You'll be communicating with clients and teammates and working on customer-facing marketing, so strong English is essential.
- Bilingual English and Spanish, with the confidence to communicate professionally in both languages.
- Comfortable using Photoshop and Premiere for basic creative edits and asset preparation.
- Able to look at campaign data, understand what it's telling you, and make practical decisions based on it.
Nice to have
You don't need to tick every box, but experience with any of these would be a plus:
- SEO
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates
- Video editing
A few things that matter more than they sound like they should
- Internet that won't cut out mid-launch or during a client call
- You show up when you say you will. Every time, not most of the time
- If something's underperforming or looks off, you say so early instead of hoping it fixes itself
- You follow through on what you said you'd do, without anyone needing to remind you
How the process works
We try to keep things simple and straightforward:
1. Apply
Send us your CV and answer a few questions about your experience.
2. Intro video
If your application looks like a fit, we'll ask you to send a short video so we can get a feel for your communication and English.
3. Recruiter call
A 30-minute conversation to talk through your experience and the role.
4. Practical exercises
A couple of short exercises to give us a sense of how you approach real marketing work.
5. Reference check
We'll speak with someone who has worked closely with you.
6. Client interview
If everything aligns, you'll meet the client for the final interview.
Benefits
- $2,000/month. No complicated compensation structure, that's the monthly rate for the role.
- Work from wherever you work best. This is a fully remote role with a Monday–Friday schedule.
- Real ownership. You'll be trusted to manage campaigns, make decisions, test ideas, and act on what the numbers are telling you.
- Your work will be visible. This isn't a role where you're just checking boxes and passing things along. You'll have a direct hand in the campaigns you're running and the results they produce.
