We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in property management to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, property owners, and internal team members;
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests;
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor schedules, and property access;
- Follow up on open maintenance requests and ensure issues progress toward completion;
- Create and update work orders, tasks, notes, and property records;
- Support Property Managers with the daily administration of their portfolios;
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes;
- Support leasing activities, including applicant documentation and administrative follow-up;
- Review property-related documentation for completeness and accuracy;
- Assist with property inspections and related follow-up;
- Monitor outstanding tasks and proactively follow up on incomplete items;
- Maintain organized and accurate property records;
- Follow company processes and standard operating procedures;
- Escalate important resident, maintenance, property, or owner issues when necessary;
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as the company grows;
Requirements
- Property management or real estate experience;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Professional email etiquette and confidence communicating over the phone;
- Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously;
- Comfortable communicating with residents, vendors, clients, and team members;
- Able to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally;
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment;
- Comfortable following established processes and procedures;
- Able to work independently in a remote environment;
- Technologically capable and able to learn new software quickly;
- Interested in building a long-term career with a growing company;
