The Opportunity
You will be the first sales hire on the ground in Peru for a venture-backed AI company that is expanding across Latin America. This is a founding seat: you own the market from zero, build the outbound motion and the local playbook, and land the first enterprise logos in your territory. Ninety days in, you have a targeted account list and live conversations moving; twelve months in, you have closed complex deals and set the template every AE after you will follow.
What You'll Own
Open the Peru market end to end, from account strategy through first closed revenue.
Run the full enterprise cycle solo: prospecting, discovery, multi-stakeholder negotiation, and close.
Build pipeline through outbound. Assume no inbound and no inherited leads.
Land large deals and grow them, taking initial six-figure contracts into seven figures through land-and-expand.
Multi-thread across senior buyers (CIO, CTO, Heads of Compliance and Operations) and find your champion inside complex organizations.
Write the local sales playbook and push product and engineering on what your market actually needs.
What We're Looking For
5+ years closing enterprise B2B SaaS, in a quota-carrying AE seat.
Enterprise sales experience at an established SaaS company.
Closing experience at a hyper-growth startup.
A real track record of closing large-ACV, multimillion-TCV deals with long, complex cycles (think 9 to 18 months).
Experience opening a territory or building go-to-market from scratch, ideally as an early or founding hire.
Comfort operating 100% outbound, with the discipline to build pipeline where the brand is unknown.
Strong discovery and executive-level selling into large, multi-stakeholder buying committees.
Clean CRM and forecasting habits .
C1+ English.
Based in Brazil.
Nice to Have
Sold AI, automation, or voice technology into traditional enterprises (logistics, banking, healthcare).
Experience selling into industries that are skeptical of AI and slow to change.
Built a sales playbook or a startup motion inside a larger company.
