The Sales Support Specialist is a revenue-generating role focused on closing leases and increasing pre-lease and occupancy for PeakMade communities. This position involves independent, high-impact sales activities that directly contribute to the company's performance across student, multi-family, co-living and build-to-rent verticals. The Sales Support Specialist is an expert in sales and leasing, adept at building relationships and converting leads, and is comfortable working flexible hours to achieve targets. Their goal is to maximize occupancy by effectively managing the leasing process and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead to lease conversion
- Nurture and manage leads to work them down the buying funnel and to a qualified application or leads.
- Refine and maximize value proposition
- Evaluate the position of a property within their market, including strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, to craft a value proposition to increase sales.
- Refine existing value propositions as needed, share with key stakeholders for consistency across marketing channels.
- Track customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the appropriate platforms to create a positive experience for internal and external customers.
- Increase resident retention
- Target residents with the highest propensity to renew through personalized communication. strategies.
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrate the PeakMade mindsets and contribute to the team and company culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and overcome leasing objections.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple sales leads simultaneously.
- Capable of identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- 2+ years of sales experience necessary
- Experience with EliseAI preferred
- High degree of proficiency in Entrata preferred
