The Implementation Associate has the responsibility of supporting client implementations by delivering product training to end users, applying healthcare industry knowledge, and using strong presentation, analytical, and technical skills to help clients turn healthcare finance data into meaningful financial and operational insights. The role works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and also helps develop and mentor junior team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.
- Working directly with internal and external customers to gather a wide range of data elements from data sources at healthcare organizations
- Applying foundational knowledge of data management, analysis, visualization, validation, and integration concepts
- Provide product training for client end-users including client presentations
- Advising clients and end users on how best to transform data into insightful financial and operating reporting
- Cross functional collaboration including but not limited to the following teams: technical implementation, net revenue, reimbursement and revenue cycle
- Develop and Train junior team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of functional consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience supporting data-driven implementation projects, preferably within healthcare organizations, including patient accounting systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates ambiguity effectively, and has a basic understanding of healthcare finance
- Experience with BI tools, Snowflake, and SQL preferred and Advanced Excel skills required
