We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the Category Marketing Team, taking ownership of project delivery governance, cross‑functional coordination and execution across multiple marketing workstreams, SMEs and stakeholders. The role will ensure project commitments are clearly defined, prioritized and tracked, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, blockers and communication flows in a fast‑paced environment.
YOU WILL
- Own project delivery governance, project gates, communication plans and readiness criteria.
- Drive delivery cadence across workstreams, SMEs and supporting functions from initiation through final delivery.
- Coordinate requirement‑gathering and prioritization cycles with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability and follow‑up of project deliverables and actions.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies and timeline slippage.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, dependency logs, risk registers and decision records.
- Organize workshops, team sessions, stakeholder meetings and project communication touchpoints.
- Support quality assurance, documentation preparation, status reporting and Steering Committee updates.
- Govern project hygiene, documentation discipline and transparency across tools and processes.
- Build a strong understanding of the marketing toolbox, roadmap and operating model.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, delivery health, risks, decisions and readiness to leadership.
- Hold or delay project gates when entry/exit criteria are not met.
- Own delivery execution and governance while SMEs and Product Owners remain accountable for content and prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile experience is a plus).
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior‑level reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in risk, issue, dependency and escalation management.
- Experience with project planning, milestones, governance documentation and communication plans.
- Hands‑on experience supporting quality assurance, content delivery and readiness processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to challenge teams and stakeholders constructively.
- Confidence to make and escalate delivery decisions when required.
- Ability to quickly understand complex marketing ecosystems, toolboxes and operating models.
