Euclid is hiring a Project Analyst to support customer experience, implementation and general services delivery functions for all customers. This role will be the primary owner of customer and internal stakeholder support issue tracking and execution, as well as reporting trends and areas of concern to Customer Experience Team Lead. You will directly contribute to program initiatives and support customer projects and work-streams through collaborating with Customer Experience Project Managers.
What You’ll Do
Project and Platform Support
Manage platform operations and own reporting and tracking for all customers related to bugs, feature requests, outages, and issue resolution.
Respond to all customer and internal stakeholder platform issues in a timely manner, as defined in customer SLA’s and internal process documentation.
Support implementation processes by structuring data in the Euclid Platform.
Cross-functional Enablement
Own Smartsheet administration and provide Smartsheet support for internal team members and external stakeholders.
Support overall services delivery initiatives.
Program Support
Support creation and maintenance of SOP’s, training materials, and customer facing documentation.
Who You Are
3+ years experience in a software support or data structuring role
You have an understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or a demonstrated interest in learning
You have experience with tools like Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud-based project documentation platforms
You are detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have - Bonus Points? Limit to no more than three bullet points
Bachelor’s degree in business management, product management, or a related technical field preferred.
