What You’ll Do
Collaborate on multiple client engagements under an experienced Program or Project Manager, with clear scope and accountability from day one, working towards managing engagements independently.
Conduct development diligence of solar PV and energy storage projects across C&I and utility-scale markets.
Maintain project management tools, trackers, and documentation to Euclid standards.
Support stakeholder reporting, action item tracking, and document management across active portfolios.
Operate as a power user of the Euclid platform and contribute structured product feedback to the team.
Contribute to the design and iteration of internal delivery processes.
Support onboarding and training as the services team grows.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives spanning diligence, finance, and product.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, project management, or a directly adjacent field (development consulting, EPC, diligence).
Working knowledge of the solar or storage project lifecycle: development milestones, key value drivers, interconnection, permitting, and financing.
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience interfacing with external stakeholders.
Direct experience with project development software, data rooms, or diligence workflows.
Familiarity with project management frameworks.
Exposure to project finance, M&A diligence, or asset management in renewable energy.

How You’ll Be Compensated
The starting base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000 with equity included as part of total compensation. Your actual offer may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and internal benchmarks.
