The listing
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter to drive the top of our sales funnel. You will focus on B2B outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, handling objections, nurturing leads, and booking qualified appointments for our Executive Sales team.
This is a high-activity, results-driven role focused on creating new sales opportunities. You will make 100+ outbound calls per day, supported by email and text outreach, while researching target companies, maintaining accurate CRM records, and consistently following up with prospects.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed off. You will not be responsible for closing deals—your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
We provide structured training, owner-led coaching, role-play, call monitoring, and ongoing feedback to help you continuously improve your prospecting and appointment-setting skills.
Requirements
B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, prospecting, and appointment setting.
C1 English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English with strong U.S. business communication skills. Communication must be exclusively in English throughout the work shift.
High-Activity & Results-Oriented: Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and working toward appointment-setting targets.
Strong Communication: Confident handling objections, navigating gatekeepers, engaging decision-makers, and moving naturally beyond a script.
Resilient & Competitive: Comfortable with rejection, motivated by targets, and committed to achieving results.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM and sales dialer platforms.
Reliable & Organized: Strong follow-up discipline, accurate record keeping, and ability to work independently.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, including 1 hour of breaks.
