Position Overview 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our sales team by managing CRM data, coordinating contract workflows, and ensuring seamless client communication. This role bridges sales, operations, and client success by maintaining accurate records, facilitating the sales cycle, and providing timely administrative support to enable the team to focus on driving revenue growth. The hourly rate for this position is $32.

Key Responsibilities 

Salesforce & Data Management 

  • Input, update, and maintain client information in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Add new contacts and create opportunities, aligning with the appropriate sales pipeline stages. 
  • Progress opportunities through the pipeline, documenting updates, next steps, and relevant notes. 

Sales Enablement & Contract Support 

  • Draft and revise client contracts, incorporating feedback and preparing redline versions for review. 
  • Distribute finalized contracts for signature, track client responses, and manage follow-ups. 
  • Support the sales team with preparation and filing of materials for internal meetings and client discussions.

Client Communication & Market Coverage 

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly via email and phone, providing clear and professional communication. 
  • Monitor incoming emails across multiple markets, ensuring all messages are categorized, tracked, and actioned. 
  • Escalate urgent issues, disputes, or high-priority client concerns to the appropriate teams. 

Finance & Revenue Support 

  • Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  •  Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related coordination/administrative role. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and DocuSign required. 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with contract processes and sales cycle management preferred.
