We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Mid-Senior Web Designer to support a collaborative professional services team in designing, building, and maintaining client websites. This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design instincts with hands-on WordPress and Elementor expertise and can work independently while responding constructively to creative feedback.
Duties / Task to perform
- Design and build responsive, professional websites using WordPress and Elementor.
- Create homepage mockups, layouts, and structural wireframes for new website projects.
- Maintain existing websites and add or update content as needed.
- Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.
- Use HTML and CSS to support website design, styling, and customization.
- Incorporate graphics and visual design elements into website projects.
- Implement feedback from the creative team while maintaining design quality and project objectives.
- Become proficient in the team’s project management and communication workflows and manage assigned work with increasing independence.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in web design or a comparable website development/design role.
- Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Strong visual design and graphic design skills.
- English proficiency for professional communication.
- Proactive and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within established workflows.
- Highly receptive to constructive feedback and able to approach design revisions objectively.
- Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (EST).
