The listing
itD is seeking an Enablement Manager to drive enablement strategies that make Industrial IoT launches, campaigns, and partner activation easier for sales and marketing teams to execute. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B enablement, partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, content operations, or GTM program management, with a track record of translating complex product and market priorities into practical, actionable enablement.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Contract Duration: 1 month with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
Pay Range: $24.95 - $25.95 (hourly)

Responsibilities:

Develop enablement plans supporting launches, thought leadership, campaigns, training, and partner activation across sales and marketing.

Create sales playbooks, seller talk tracks, and modular content bundles that clarify audiences, messaging, proof points, objections, and next steps.

Develop partner-ready campaign kits, email and newsletter content, webinar support materials, calls to action, and follow-up paths.

Manage content channels and enablement platforms to ensure materials remain current, discoverable, and aligned with active priorities.

Coordinate workback plans, readiness activities, launch communications, and stakeholder follow-through across cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with product marketing, partner marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable enablement.

Monitor performance signals and adoption to identify opportunities to improve content relevance, speed, and effectiveness.
Internal Responsibilities:

Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).

Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).

Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-
5+ years of experience in B2B enablement, partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, content operations, or GTM program management.

Experience translating complex product or market priorities into practical seller or partner enablement.
-
Experience managing enablement or marketing channels, such as content hubs, partner portals, seller platforms, newsletters, or live forums.

Strong writing, project management, stakeholder alignment, and content organization skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, partner, product, and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
-
Experience supporting networking, IoT, or industrial teams.

Experience enabling portfolio sellers and partner organizations through launches, campaigns, or thought leadership programs.

Familiarity with OT buyers, industrial routes to market, or partner-led demand motions.

Experience using performance reporting or AI-enabled workflows to improve content relevance, speed, and adoption.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
