About the Role
As the first voice prospects hear, you will call inbound signups within minutes, qualify them, and book demos for the sales team. This high-volume, high-impact position sits at the front of the revenue engine, where your conversations directly shape how the company sells and who it pursues.
What You'll Do
Call every inbound signup who leaves a phone number but has not booked a demo, prioritizing speed and responsiveness.
Qualify prospects quickly by assessing their spend, current setup, and overall fit.
Book qualified demos onto the sales team's calendar.
Run multi-touch outreach across phone, email, and SMS to reach prospects who do not answer on the first attempt.
Keep the CRM clean by logging every call, recording every outcome, and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
Identify and report patterns around common objections, drop-off reasons, and which signup sources actually convert.
Collaborate directly with sales and leadership to bring insights from the phone back into positioning and strategy.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years in a phone-heavy role such as SDR, BDR, inside sales, or recruiting; strong early-career candidates with clear drive will be considered.
Genuine comfort at high call volume, with resilience to rejection and composure under a fast-paced outbound rhythm.
Fast, warm, and clear communication from the very first seconds of a call.
Solid CRM discipline, including logging calls, tracking outcomes, and managing lead queues without letting prospects slip.
Ability to quickly assess customer fit based on budget, use case, and business model during discovery calls.
Curiosity about performance marketing, DTC business models, e-commerce operations, or paid social advertising.
Experience selling into or prospecting DTC or e-commerce brands is a plus.
Background at an early-stage or high-growth company is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000 annually, plus uncapped commission on demos booked and deals closed.
Direct exposure to founders and a clear path to closing roles as you grow.
Visa sponsorship: Not available.
Location
Fully remote, United States only.
