The Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) infrastructure for the company, with a focus on cross functional projects and operational improvement.
This role is different because the Project Manager at WelbeHealth:
- Leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that directly improve operational workflows and care delivery within a mission-driven PACE organization
- Plays a key role in building and strengthening PMO infrastructure, and driving consistency, visibility, and accountability across projects that span clinical, operational, and corporate teams

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Drive projects to successful implementation across the organization, including extensive cross-functional collaboration
- Track and report project statuses, escalating issues when appropriate
- Organize project resources, manage any overallocated resources, and motivate the team to complete key deliverables
- Develop a relationship with key stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business needs
- Analyze and control project risk, mitigating appropriately
- Build and deliver standard project reports to project team, key stakeholders, and WelbeHealth leadership
- Present project statuses to senior executives
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- PMP or Six-Sigma certification preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a project management role
- Passion for both the creation and improvement of processes
- Experience in a regulated healthcare environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
