- Relevar, analizar y documentar procesos de negocio.
- Elaborar documentación As-Is y To-Be.
- Preparar documentación funcional y Bizagi Spec.
- Traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos claros para el equipo técnico.
- Diseñar y ejecutar planes de prueba manuales.
- Realizar pruebas SIT y UAT.
- Documentar resultados, incidencias y evidencias de testing.
- Dar seguimiento a errores y validar sus correcciones.
- Acompañar a los usuarios finales durante las pruebas y la aprobación de las soluciones.
- Colaborar con Developers, Scrum Master y Líder Técnico.
- Participar en las ceremonias de la célula Scrum.
Requirements
Requisitos
- Formación como Analista de Sistemas o en carreras relacionadas.
- Formación complementaria en análisis de procesos de negocio.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en análisis funcional y QA.
- Experiencia en proyectos de automatización de procesos.
- Conocimiento de documentación As-Is y To-Be.
- Experiencia elaborando Bizagi Spec.
- Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando pruebas SIT y UAT.
- Experiencia en testing manual.
- Capacidad para trabajar con usuarios finales y equipos técnicos.
- Conocimientos de BPMN 2.0.
Conocimientos deseables
- Experiencia trabajando con Bizagi.
- Experiencia en proyectos para empresas de telecomunicaciones.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión como Jira o Azure DevOps.
