About the client
Our client is an international organization working with large global companies on the implementation of Visualfabriq, a SaaS platform specializing in Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
We are looking for an Integration Manager to join an international project team. This is a technical position for professionals with experience in enterprise system integration, integration and pipeline configuration, technical requirements analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in a bilingual environment.
Role Overview
As an Integration Manager, you will support the Integration Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Visualfabriq integrations. You will be responsible for configuring integrations, resolving technical issues, analyzing logs, and preparing clear technical documentation.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation, strong analytical abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with international IT teams and stakeholders, and will have the opportunity to receive training in Visualfabriq.
Selection Process
The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4 weeks to be completed.
- Initial interview with Workana's recruiting team;
- Technical and Cultural fit interview with the client's manager and HR team;
- Final interview with client's partner stakeholder.
As Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the 1st round with Workana's recruiting team, you will be eligible to be presented to different clients in case the 1st one doesn't succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support the Integration Lead throughout project execution.
- Configure Bifrost integrations and pipelines.
- Gather technical requirements and analyze technical feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and user stories.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Support testing, deployments, and hypercare activities.
- Escalate architectural decisions and risk assessments to the Integration Lead.
- Collaborate effectively with the client's internal IT teams and software developers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with Visualfabriq integrations/ similar type of integrations, or enterprise system integration environments.
- Solid technical understanding of TPM, TPO, and RGM processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring Bifrost integrations or similar pipeline frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis skills.
- Proven ability to document technical requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Full bilingual proficiency with native-level Spanish and fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, as the role involves daily collaboration with international teams.
- Must be based in Latin America.

- Hands-on experience with SAP enterprise integrations.
- Working knowledge or background in Oracle, Salesforce, or other related enterprise platforms.
