- Tienes +5 años totales de experiencia en desarrollo de software
- Eres experto diseñando de servicios distribuidos escalables
- Tienes experiencia relevante en desarrollo de servicios y sistemas de alta calidad
- Tienes experiencia liderando técnicamente proyectos complejos que involucran a múltiples equipos de ingeniería e impacto transversal en la plataforma
- Tienes experiencia desarrollando mejores prácticas de ingeniería y subiendo nivel de eficiencia para desarrollos de equipos
- Brillas trabajando en equipo multidisciplinario con distintos skills (producto, data, tech, growth, etc.), niveles de expertise y contextos
