In this role, you will

Gather, analyze, and document business, product, and user requirements for new features and product improvements
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and align product initiatives with strategic goals

Define and refine business processes, user journeys, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
-
Work closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
-
Coordinate feature delivery activities, support release planning, and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams
-
Maintain product documentation, ensuring requirements, specifications, and business rules remain accurate and up to date
-
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations regarding product progress, risks, and opportunities
-
Support system integrations and participate in solution design discussions to ensure business needs are effectively addressed
It’s all about you
-
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within software development environments
-
Strong understanding of business analysis practices, business process modeling, requirement management, and Agile methodologies
-
Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements
-
Strong experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
-
Understanding of product metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
-
Experience coordinating feature delivery, including cross-team communication, release planning participation, and requirement clarification
-
Strong practical experience using AI tools to improve business analysis activities, requirement management, documentation, and productivity
-
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
-
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced product environment
-
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher

Practical experience working with third-party integrations, APIs, and external
-
Previous experience in QA, Technical Support, or Software Development roles

Experience working with high-load consumer products, subscription-based services, social platforms, or digital products with large user bases
