About the Role
The CFO will own financial strategy, performance and capital allocation across the group and its businesses. Finance should provide a clear view of where the group is making money, where capital is being deployed and where returns can be improved.
What you will be doing
Own Group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
Build financial models for businesses, new products, market expansion and investments.
Review revenue, costs, margins, unit economics and cash requirements by business.
Drive capital allocation based on business performance and expected returns.
Own treasury, tax, audit, controls and financial reporting across Group entities.
Lead financing, investments, acquisitions and other transactions when required.
Build finance systems and teams that can support additional businesses and markets.
What you will need
Senior finance experience in technology, fintech, internet or another high-growth business.
Strong experience across corporate finance, FP&A and business finance.
Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, unit economics and capital allocation.
Ability to build and challenge financial models personally.
Experience operating across multiple businesses, entities or countries.
Hands-on operating style - willing to work directly through models, forecasts and financial problems.
