About the Role
The CMO will own customer growth and marketing across the group's portfolio of consumer businesses. The role covers both building scalable acquisition engines and improving how our products acquire, activate and retain users.
What you will be doing
Own customer acquisition, activation, retention and marketing efficiency across group products.
Set channel strategy and budgets based on CAC, LTV, conversion and incremental returns.
Build and improve paid acquisition, organic growth, lifecycle, referral and brand channels.
Work directly with product teams on onboarding, conversion, engagement and growth loops.
Launch new products and brands and build their initial acquisition engines.
Build measurement and experimentation systems to understand what drives growth.
Recruit and develop growth and marketing leaders across businesses.
What you will need
Strong track record scaling consumer technology, fintech or internet products.
Strong understanding and track record of building brands and winning campaigns
Direct ownership of significant acquisition budgets and measurable customer or revenue growth.
Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts, retention and experimentation.
Strong performance marketing capability combined with good product judgement.
Ability to diagnose growth problems directly from customer and performance data.
Hands-on operating style - comfortable reviewing campaigns, funnels, experiments and channel performance directly.
