Summary The Senior Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling partner relationships within the HR, Payroll & Adjacent Markets to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role supports partner strategy and execution across defined segments or products, working closely with internal sales and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact through partner-led initiatives. Responsibilities Manage relationships with Deel partners, supporting co-marketing efforts internally and ensuring partners have the resources needed to market Deel effectively Identify industries, types of companies, and key markets where Deel should form partnerships, and support the development of new partner relationships Ideate, launch, and optimise co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, content sharing) in collaboration with partners and internal teams Nurture and optimise partnerships post-launch, identifying opportunities to increase partner engagement and value Support tracking and reporting of partnership performance and contribute to partnerships' P&L management Apply structured approaches to partnership challenges, follow defined processes, escalate effectively, and contribute to incremental improvements Respond well to shifting priorities with guidance, incorporate feedback, and adjust execution as partnership needs evolve Build positive partner relationships, take ownership of day-to-day partner needs, and collaborate internally to resolve issues Follow through on commitments, communicate progress and risks, and understand how individual work contributes to partnership success Manage day-to-day partner relationships independently and keep internal stakeholders aligned through regular communication Translate partnership objectives into structured plans with milestones and owners, adjusting as context evolves Communicate proactively, tailor messages to the audience, and summarise campaign outcomes clearly Deliver partner initiatives reliably, track progress, escalate blockers early, and contribute to measurable results Qualifications Proficient in spoken and written English with strong research skills Experience in software or technology companies, ideally in high-growth environments Strong understanding of the HR, payroll, or adjacent markets. Candidates from outside payroll/HR must clearly demonstrate a strong understanding of the space.
