Ajudar o time e o cliente a elevar a maturidade do processo.
Desenvolvimento JAVA com Spring Boot;
Desenvolver testes unitários, bem como gostar de práticas de code review;
Código limpo, simples e fáceis de manter (Clean Code);
Banco de dados Oracle e Mongo;
Conceitos de agilidade SCRUM, KANBAN. Dailies, sprints, reviews.
OCP, VSTS, AWS, pipelines, lambdas, sonar, arquitetura de microserviços.
Familiaridade:
Java legado (Servlets, JSP, JAX-WS/JAX-RS)
